多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理在骨肿瘤影像诊断中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的 探究分析多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理在骨肿瘤影像中的诊断价值.方法 随机选取2010年9月~2013年9月在我院进行诊断的120例骨肿瘤患者,随机将120例患者平均分成两组,每组各60例,对两组骨肿瘤患者分别采用多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理诊断和MRI检查诊断,对比两种诊断的诊断准确率.结果 MRI检查组的诊断准确率为71.67%,多层螺旋CT三维重建的后处理诊断的准确率为88.33%,两种诊断方法的诊断准确率存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论 多层螺旋CT三维重建的诊断方式能够有效提高骨肿瘤影像诊断的准确率,同时,这种诊断方法能够对骨肿瘤的立体定位以及骨肿瘤的病变范围进行正确评估,从而为骨肿瘤的治疗提供依据,具有显著的临床应用价值. Objective To explore the diagnostic value of post-processing of three-dimensional reconstruction of muhi- slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in the imaging diagnosis of bone tumors. Methods A total of 120 patients with bone tumor who were admitted to and diagnosed in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013 were randomly selected and assigned to two groups ,with 60 patients in each group. The two groups were diagnosed via post- processing of three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT and MRI respectively. Diagnostic accuracy of the two tests was compared. Results The accuracy of MRI was 71.67% ,while that of post-processing of three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT was 88.33%. The difference of diagnostic accuracy between the two tests was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT helps improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis of bone tu- mors effectively,and at the meantime,helps evaluate the stereotaxis and extent of bone tumors, which provides evi- dence for the treatment of bone tumors and is therefore worthy of clinical application.
