特发血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板平均容积检测的临床价值 被引量:2

The detection of MPV in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

摘要 目的 观察特发血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)及血小板计数(Plt)的动态变化,并探讨其相关的临床意义.方法 收集我院2011年6月~2013年1月诊治的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿88例,另取我院保健门诊体检的健康儿童40例作为对照,全自动血细胞分析仪检测各样本Plt、MPV、PDW及P-LCR血小板参数的变化.结果 对照组Plt显著高于ITP组(P<0.01),而对照组MPV、PDW及P-LCR显著低于ITP组(P<0.01).Plt、MPV、PDW及P-LCR血小板参数在轻度组、中度组、重度组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),Ph会随着病情的加重逐渐减低(P<0.05),然而MPV、PDW及p-LCR则随着病情的加重逐渐升高(P<0.05).ITP患者治疗后Plt较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),而MPV、PDW及p-LCR则显著减低(P<0.01).结论 Plt、MPV、PDW及P-LCR血小板参数的检测有助于ITP的鉴别诊断、病情判断及疗效观察. Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MPV, PDW, P-LCR, and Pit in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods A total of 88 children with ITP were enrolled in this study. Another 40 healthy children were used as control. the MPV, PDW, P-LCRD, and Pit were detected by Sysmex XE-2100. Re- suits The Plt was higher in control group than that in ITP group (P〈0.01). However, the MPV, PDW, and P-LCRD was lower in control group than that in ITP group (P〈0.01). There was significant difference of Plt, MPV, PDW and P-LCR among mild, middle, and severe group(P〈0.05). Compared before treatment, Ph was increased after treatment (P〈0.01), and MPV, PDW, and P-LCRD was decreased(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Ph, MPV, PDW, and P-LCR play a key role in diagnosis and prognosis of ITP, or observing the effectiveness of therapy of ITP.
