综合护理干预对ICU急性心肌梗死患者的影响观察

The intensive care research on acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者的有效重症监护措施。方法将我院收治的92例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均采取针对性急诊介入治疗,治疗后送至ICU进行监护。其中对照组患者仅采取ICU常规护理措施,实验组患者在对照组基础上采取综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组死亡率和并发症发生率都为0,满意度100%;对照组死亡率10.87%,满意度82.61%,并发症发生率8.70%。结论针对急性心肌梗死患者的临床特点,采取针对性重症监护措施临床效果显著,具有广泛应用的价值。

Objective To study the effective intensive care research on patients who was acute myocardial infarction： Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into experimen- tal group and control group, two groups received emergency interventiomal therapy and were sent to the ICU monitoring care after treatment. The control group only received ICU routine nursing measures, and the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures patients on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect was observed. Results The mortality and complication rates of experimental group were zero, satisfaction was 100%; mor- tality was 10.87% of the control group, satisfaction was 82.61%, the incidence of complications was 8.70%. Conclusion According to the clinical characteristics of patients with acute myocardial infarction, targeted intensive care measures in clinical effect is remarkable and it has wide application value.
