摘要
目的评估以综合教学法在临床麻醉见习教学中的应用效果。方法将我校2010级麻醉见习生根据班级随机分为实验组(n=30)及对照组(n=30),实验组采用综合教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。采用理论考试、临床技能考核、问卷调查相结合的形式,进行教学效果评估。结果实验组的理论考核、临床技能考核平均成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且实验组学生在教师讲解的启发性、学习主动性和积极性的提高、分析解决问题能力提高的程度、能提高同学间协调合作的能力、理论与实践联系的程度、对该教学模式的满意程度等方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合教学法应用于临床麻醉见习在本研究中取得了满意的教学效果,优于传统教学方法。
Objective To compare and evaluate the effect of comprehensive teaching method in clinical probation of anesthesiology. Methods Two anesthetic classes of Grade 2010 in our college were divided into test group (30) and control group (30) at random, the test group used comprehensive teaching method and the control group used tradition- al learning method. To analyze the teaching effect by theory test, clinical skill evaluated and questionnaire investigated. Results The theory test result and clinical skill evaluation in test group were remarkable higher than control group (P〈 0.05). The comprehensive teaching method could stimulate students" study motive and improve students study effect, the clinical practice skill and capabilities of learning and cooperation. Conclusion The comprehensive teaching method with satisfactory teaching effect in clinical probation of anesthesiology has even more advantages than traditional learn- ing method.
