摘要
利用AHP方法的基本原理,首先对人事分配改革过程中可能存在的几种方案进行模型化处理;其次,通过计算,得出每个方案的权向量,给管理者提供出数量化的决策依据,从而为人事管理过程提供了一种定量化的决策方法,可以减少定性决策的主观性和随意性。
Based on the basic principle of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) , this paper gives a modelling processing of the possible schemes in the process of personnel distribution reform. Weight vector for each scheme is obtained by calculation, thus providing the administrators with a quantitative basis for their decision-making. It is hopeful that this paper can offer a quantitative approach to decision-making in personnel management so that the subjectivity and arbitrariness in qualitative decision-making can be reduced.
