摘要
企业运作危机是对应危机情境而产生的，其理论与方法应与现实一致。对企业运作危机管理作了定性分析，提出了企业运作危机管理的科学程序和主要策略方法。
Enterprise Operation Crisis （EOC） come up along with crisis situation，the theories and methods in studying it－EOC should be connected with realistic environments． This paper gives a qualitative analysis to enterprise crisis management，and put forward scientific procedures and main strategies to deal with operation crisis．
