肺鳞癌及腺癌中NGAL表达的免疫组化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)在肺鳞癌及腺癌组织及远癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测NGAL在35例肺鳞癌、30例肺腺癌组织及相应42例癌旁肺组织中的表达,分析其与病变类型的关系及其在癌组织的表达率与临床病理特征的联系。结果 NGAL在肺腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于肺鳞癌组织;而二类癌组织中的阳性表达率又明显高于相应的癌旁组织,淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组。阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟情况、病理类型、分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 NGAL在肺鳞癌及腺癌肿瘤组织内的高表达,且与肿瘤类型有关,有可能成为预测肺鳞癌及腺癌发生发展的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression of Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in the correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of pulmonary squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Methods NGAL protein expression was detected in 35 cases of pulmonary squamous carcinoma and 30 cases of adenocarcinoma using streptavidin-peroxidase im-munohistochemistry. The adjacent normal tissues were detected by the same methods as control. The relationship between NGAL protein expression and the clinical data was analyzed. Results NGAL expression was significantly higher in adenocarcinoma of the lung than that in squamous carcinoma and the positive expression rates in two groups were significantly higher than that in adja-cent carcinoma tissues. Positive NGAL expression in the lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non-lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05). No significant differences in positive NGAL expression were observed with age, smok-ing, gender, pathology type and degree of differentiation among the SCC patients(P>0.05). Conclusion NGAL expression was high-er in adenocarcinoma of the lung than that in squamous carcinomas. In addition to the degree of differentiation and extent of lym-phatic metastasis, NGAL expression is correlated with TNM stage, which indicates that NGAL may be related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of lung cancers.
