食品卫生检验中沙门菌属LAMP检测方法的应用效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨食品卫生检验中沙门菌属LAMP检测方法的应用效果。方法分别对127份食品样本进行LAMP检测和分离培养鉴定,比较两种方法检测结果。结果 LAMP检测阳性率明显高于分离培养法,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),LAMP法电泳和加荧光染料染色后均能判断结果;各样本LAMP法检测时间均在24h内,分离培养法检测时间在4~7d。结论 LAMP法检测食品中沙门菌属阳性率较高,检测时间短,应用和推广价值较高。
