Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达及临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析Ki-67(HER-2)于乳腺癌不同亚型的中表达及临床价值。方法收集贵州省人民医院肿瘤科2011年1月-2012年12月收治的86例乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料,经过免疫组化(immunohistochemistry,IHC)方法检测乳腺癌组织的孕激素受体(PR)、雌激素受体(ER)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)和Ki-67的表达不同以区分乳腺癌亚型。结果 Ki-67指数与患者年龄及淋巴结转移情况无差异(P>0.05)。病灶直径>2 cm的患者Ki-67指标高于直径≤2 cm的患者(P=0.001)。病理分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期的Ki-67指标均高于0期的患者(P<0.05),而Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期间的Ki-67指标无差异(P>0.05)。PR阴性、ER阴性、HER-2阳性的患者Ki-67指标均高于其对应的PR阳性、ER阳性、HER-2阴性(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67生化指标对判断乳腺癌的预后有一定意义,建议和PR、ER、HER-2同时进行检测。
