本文总结了上海服务外包产业发展的现状,结合实际调研,对上海服务外包发展做出了基本判断,分析了上海发展服务外包的优势和存在的不足之处,并结合城市发展总体目标,研究探索上海未来服务外包产业发展的战略和路径,提出要重点发展金融、航运、研发设计、软件开发等外包服务,同时还要着力集聚外包功能性机构。

This paper summarizes the current development of Shanghai's service out-sourcing industry; basing on investigation and survey, makes a basic judgment of this industry and analyzes its strengths and weaknesses;explores its future development strategy and path in line with the city's overall development goals, and suggests focusing on developing service out-sourcing in finance, ship transport, R&D design, and software development, also clustering out-sourcing functional organizations at the same time.
