社区居家养老服务模式的实现路径探讨

Towards Model of Senior Citizens Nursed by Family-type Community

中国是世界上老年人口最多、增长较快的国家。老龄化社会的到来,工业化、城市化的挑战所导致的跨地域职业流动的加速、生活方式的变化以及代际关系的变迁等,使得养老面临着巨大的挑战。在传统的家庭养老和机构养老逐渐弱化的情况下,作为老年人的最主要聚居地和生活空间,社区在提供养老服务方面具有天然的地缘优势。依托社区优势,建立社区与家庭相结合的养老模式成为解决目前中国养老的关键。

China is a country with the largest gray population growing at faster rate. The arrival of senile society, the challenge posed by industrialization and urbanization leads to trans-regional swift employment shift, change in life style and inter-generation relation challenges severely pension. As traditional family-based senior-citizen nursing and institutional nursing becomes weak, a community as a main gathering place and living space, enjoys natural geographical advantage in providing the old with service. Relying on community advantage, combining both community and family to take care of the old is a matter with solution to senior- citizens＇good care in China at present.
