摘要
目的:探讨反思性教学法在培养护理本科生人文关怀能力中的应用效果。方法:将120名护理本科生随机分为实验组和对照组各60名。对照组采用传统的实验教学方法,实验组在技能操作训练的基础上,将反思性教学运用于实验教学各个环节。教学前后采用关怀能力评价量表、学生的反思日记进行教学效果评价。结果:教学结束后,实验组学生关怀能力各维度得分及总得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反思性教学促进了护理专业学生人文关怀能力的提高。
Objective: To explore the application and effects of relfective teaching on nursing students' humanistic caring ability. Methods: A total of 120 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and each group had 60 students. The control group students were taught by traditional skill training model, and the experiment group students were taught by combining the relfective teaching into every link of skill training practice. The students were investigated by Caring Ability Inventory before and after the teaching experiment. The evaluation also included the students' retrospection diaries. Results: After the experiment, the scores of caring ability and each dimension in the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The students in the experimental group hold a positive attitude on the relfective teaching . Conclusions: The relfective teaching approach could improve nursing students' humanistic caring ability.
