摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低食管癌术后患者非计划性拔管率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,确立"降低食管癌术后患者非计划性拔管率"为活动主题,进行现况调查、要因分析,遵循PDCA工作程序,依据"5W2H"原则制定对策并实施。结果:食管癌术后患者非计划性拔管率由活动前的12.04%下降到活动后的4.76%(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可发现并解决护理工作中存在的重要问题,降低了食管癌术后患者非计划性拔管率,促进了护理质量的持续改进。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying Quality Control Circle on the unplanned extubation rate of patients after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods: We set up the Quality Control Circle activity and named the activity theme asreducing the unplanned extubation rate of patients with esophageal cancer surgery. We investigated the current status and analyzed the main reasons according to PDCA process. We drew up the countermeasures according to 5W2H principles. Results: The unplanned extubation rate among patients after esophageal cancer surgery decreased from 12.04% to 4.76% (P〈0.05) after this activity. Conclusion: The important problems in nursing work could be discovered and resolved through the activities of Quality Control Circle. The unplanned extubation rate of patients after esophageal cancer surgery could be decreased. We could promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
