摘要
我院内科通过落实优质护理服务,优化了护理管理模式,提高了护士工作积极性,加强了护患沟通,为患者提供了安全、优质、满意的护理服务。
Through the implementation of excellence in nursing service at the medicine department, we hope we can optimize the care management model, improve the motivation of nurses＇ work, strengthen the communication between nurses and patients, as well as provide patients with safe, high quality and satisfactory nursing care.
