个案追踪法在医院护理评审中的应用

Implementing case tracing methodology in hospital accreditation

个案追踪法是过程质量管理的一种手段,是新一轮等级医院评审常用的方法。本文从具体案例出发,详细讲述了等级医院评审中如何从人、机、料、法、环、测等6个方面进行个案追踪,指出了个案追踪检查中发现的问题,并提出相应的改进建议,以促进护理质量的持续改进。

Case tracing methodology is one of the methods in process quality management, and it is also an effective way in Chinese new hospital accreditation process. In this paper, the author described how to do case tracing from six aspects including man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurements （5M1E） during hospital accreditation through analyzing a speciifc case. The author also pointed out common problems during case tracing and proposed recommendations for improvements accordingly to promote the continuous improvement of nursing care quality.
