摘要
目的:探讨护士心理契约对其工作绩效的影响。方法 :采用心理契约量表和护士工作绩效评估量表对280名护士进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析、多层回归分析法探讨护士心理契约对工作绩效的影响。结果 :护士心理契约和工作绩效总分分别为2.39±0.47和3.58±0.55;Pearson相关分析结果显示,护士心理契约各维度得分与工作绩效各维度得分均显著相关(P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,心理契约及职称均为护士工作绩效的影响因素。结论 :护士心理契约是影响其工作绩效的重要因素。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological contract on job performance among nurses. Methods:Totally 280 nurses were interviewed by the Psychological Contract Scale and the Nurse Work Performance Assessment Scale. We used Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to explore the effect of psychological contract on job performance among nurses. Results:The mean scores of psychological contract and job performance were 2.39±0.47 and 3.58±0.55, respectively.The score of psychological contract was negatively correlated with the total score and the score of each dimension of job performance (P〈0.05);The hierarchical regression analysis showed that the psychological contract and professional title were the inlfuencing factors of job performance (P〈0.05). Conclusions:Psychological contract was the important inlfuencing factor of job performance among nurses.
