NKF is a charitable organization and provides dialysis treatment and nursing care for patients with renal failure. In the daily work they collect and manage the hemodialysis data;do health education for patients, such as nutrition assessment, drug guidance, and exercise instruction;manage nursing staff and equipment maintenance;and establish an effective system of reward and penalties. These measures greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing staff, maximize the sufifciency of hemodialysis, and extend the patient＇s life.
