摘要
针对机构转速波动与系统内力间存在耦合关系问题,在考虑电机功率特性曲线、摩擦因素影响及工作载荷的状态下,给出了曲柄滑块机构的动态静力及转速波动的精确计算方法.通过实例对系统的转速及其波动进行了计算,对影响转速波动的因素及其影响权值进行了分析比较;对系统动态静力分析的简化解与精确解之间的误差进行了分析说明.分析结果表明:系统机构参数及运行速度是影响转速波动的主要因素,摩擦因素及电机功率对转速波动几乎没有影响;传统动态静力计算的偏差主要由忽略转速波动引起.
There is coupling relationship between revolving speed fluctuation and Internal forces, for this problem, the accurate calculation methods of dynamic statics and revolving speed fluctuation for slider-crank mechanism were provided on the condition of the motor power characteristic curve, the friction and the working load. With an example, the revolving speed and its fluctuation of the slidercrank mechanism were calculated, and the influence factors of revolving speed fluctuation and their relevant weights were analyzed and compared. The differences of system dynamic statics calculation between simplified and exact solutions were analyzed. The results show that mechanism parameters and running speed are the primary factor affecting revolving speed fluctuation, friction effect and motor power have very little impact on revolving speed fluctuation, and the calculation error used traditional method is mainly caused by ignoring speed fluctuation.
