Casting Method and Toolings Improvement of Clutch Housing for Producer Changing

摘要 介绍了离合器壳体转产发生的问题,对铸件气孔、砂眼等缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。通过增大型腔排气通道、设置合理的浇注系统,解决了气孔问题;通过适当提高砂型紧实度、规范过程作业,解决了砂眼问题;通过确定下芯定位基准面,解决了因砂芯偏移造成的铸件报废。采取以上改进措施后,铸件因砂眼、气孔、砂芯偏移等缺陷而产生的废品有了大幅度的降低,已投入批量生产。铸件加工情况良好,已装机使用。 The problems occurring during the producer changing of the clutch housing were introduced. The reasons causing blowhole, sand inclusion were analyzed. By enlarging mold venting holes, setting proper gating system, the problem with blowhole defect was solved;by properly increasing sand mold hardness, prescribing operation procedure, the problem with sand inclusion was solved ;by determining cores setting datum plane ,the problem that the cores excursion caused casting rejection was solved. After adopting above improving measures,the rejection rate of castings eaused due to the sand inclusion,blowhole,and cores excursion has been obviously decreased,and the casting has been put into batch production. The quality situation of castings revealed during machining was good, and therefore, the castings have been put into application.
