摘要 分析了排气歧管材料的技术要求:包括良好的高温力学性能、耐热疲劳、抗氧化、抗生长性能。列举了常用铸铁排气歧管的基体组织和最高工作温度,以及各类耐热铸铁在汽车排气歧管上的应用发展状况。指出由于耐热铸铁已不能承受目前的排气歧管的工作温度,国内外开始探索耐热铸钢在汽车排气歧管上的应用。同时,介绍了国内外研发的奥氏体耐热铸钢排气歧管的各项性能。 The technical requirements for the materials of exhaust manifold were analyzed including:excellent high temperature mechanical properties,thermal fatigue resistance,anti-oxidizing and anti-growing property. A particularization was conducted to the matrix structure and the highest working temperature limit of the normaly-used cast iron exhaust manifolds,as well as to the development situation of application of various heat-resistant cast irons to the automotive exhaust manifolds. It was pointed out that since the heat-resistant cast irons could not any more support the present working temperature of the exhaust manifolds,the exploration on using heat-resistant cast steel to make automotive exhaust manifolds has been started abroad and in China. The properties of the austenite heat-resistant cast steel exhaust manifolds developed abroad and in China were introduced.
