新风胶囊对20例干燥综合征患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Xinfeng Capsule on the Life Quality of 20 Cases with Sjogren Syndrome

目的:观察新风胶囊对干燥综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法:干燥综合征患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组服用新风胶囊,对照组服用白芍总苷,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分、生活质量积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)积分,测定静态唾液流率、泪膜破碎时间、双眼荧光素角膜评分。结果:①治疗组对干燥综合征的症状、生活质量的改善与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前生活质量各维度积分(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后的生活质量各维度积分(SF-36)高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在干燥综合征患者静态唾液流率、双眼荧光素角膜评分、泪膜破碎时间方面两组均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新风胶囊可以提高干燥综合征患者总体生活质量,在改善干燥综合征患者自觉症状、焦虑抑郁情绪、静态唾液流率等方面疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Xinfeng Capsule on the life quality of patients with sj？gren syndrome.Methods：40 cases with sj？gren syndrome were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with Xinfeng capsule,while the control group were given Total Glucosides of Paeony （TGP） for 3 months,observing,before and after treatment,their TCM symptoms integral,life quality integral,Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） score,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score,and determining their static salivary lfow rate,tear-iflm break-up time,and binocular corneal lfuorescein score.Results：① There was a signiifcant statistical difference （P＆lt;0.05） between the two groups on the improvement of syndrome and life quality;there was no statistical signiifcance on the dimensions of the score of quality of life （SF-36）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score,and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） score of the two groups before treatment,while after treatment,above scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.05）; ②The improvements of static salivary lfow rate,tear-iflm break-up time,and binocular corneal lfuorescein score in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference being statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Xinfeng capsule can improve the overall quality of life in patients with sj？gren syndrome,which was better than the control group on the aspects of improving the rational symptoms,anxiety and depression and salivary lfow rate.
