针刀结合中药熏蒸联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎35例

Needle-knife Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Western Medicine in Treating 35 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察针刀结合中药熏蒸联合柳氮磺吡啶、塞来昔布胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组给予针刀结合中药熏蒸联合柳氮磺吡啶、塞来昔布胶囊治疗,对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶、塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组ASAS20指标、症状积分改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合中药熏蒸联合柳氮磺吡啶、塞来昔布胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎取得较好疗效,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation,sulfasalazine and celecoxib capsules in treating 35 cases of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：70 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,the former treated with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with sulfasalazine and celecoxib capsules,while the latter treated with sulfasalazine and celecoxib capsules,observing the clinical curative effects of them.Results：The ASAS20 index and symptom scores of the treatment group were signiifcantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Needle-knife combined with Chinese medicine fumigation,sulfasalazine and celecoxib capsules has a good curative effect on the ankylosing spondylitis,worthy of being promoted.
