银质针导热疗法治疗慢性颈肩腰腿痛35例

On the Treatment of 35 Cases with Chronic Neck and Back Pain by Silver Needle Diathermy

目的：观察银质针导热疗法对慢性颈肩腰腿痛临床疗效。方法：将70例慢性颈肩腰腿痛（排除椎管内及骨性病变）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。治疗组根据规律压痛点，依据王福根推荐处方布针，连接银质针巡检导热仪，加热15 min。依据留置皮外针的长度，设定温度85～105℃。对照组采用椎旁神经阻滞。依据疼痛区域选择相应责任神经，注入止痛液。治疗2周、3个月后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗2周后，治疗组治愈率占40.00%，有效率占97.14%；对照组治愈率占60.00%，有效率占100%。两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗3个月后治疗组治愈率降占37.14%，有效率占97.14%；对照组治愈率占11.43%，有效率占71.43%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：银质针疗法用于治疗慢性颈肩腰腿痛近期疗效确切，远期疗效满意，值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of silver needle diathermy on chronic neck and back pain.Methods：70 cases of chronic neck and back pain （excluding spinal canal and osseous lesions） were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.Distributed needles on the treatment group according to the laws of tenderness and Wang Fugen’s recommended prescription,connecting＆quot;silver needle inspection apparatus＆quot; to heat for 15 minutes and setting 85~105 ℃according to the length of the needle outside the skin.The control group were applied paravertebral nerve block,selecting corresponding responsible nerves to inject analgesic liquid.The clinical effects were evaluated after 2 weeks’ and 3 months’ treatment respectively.Results：After 2 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of treatment group was 40.00%,and the effective rate was 97.14%,while the cure rate of the control group was 60.00%,and the effective rate was 100%,with no signiifcant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.After 3 months of treatment, the cure rate of treatment group was 37.14%,and the effective rate was 97.14%,while the cure rate of the control group was 11.43%,and the effective rate was 71.43%.the difference between them being statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of silver needle therapy for chronic neck and back pain is exact,the long-term curative effect of which is satisfactory,worthy of clinical use.
