血管外肺水监测的研究进展

摘要 血管外肺水(EVLW)即肺血管外的液体,由细胞内液、肺间质内液和肺泡内液组成,通常情况下细胞内液变化较小,而肺间质内液和肺泡内液却能准确反映肺水肿的严重程度,因此,EVLW的变化与肺水肿密切相关.正常值为3.0-7.0 mL/kg,大于3.0-7.0 mL/kg提示有肺水肿.超过正常2倍的EVLW就会影响气体弥散和肺的功能,出现肺水肿的症状和体征.
