Refrigerator steel door forming die design

针对冲压成形件的几何形状和结构特点,冲压件材料采用带有预涂层的钢板,基于其冲压成形原理,设计了一种旋转式成形模具结构。旋转式钢板门成形模经过调试,模具工作正常,能满足大批量生产要求。结果表明,可有效避免冲压件的弯曲回弹,且确保了成形过程中材料的预涂层不受伤害。

Based on geometry and structure features of the stamping forming part, using steel sheet with precoating layer and under the direction of stamping forming principle, a rotary forming die structure was designed. The rotary die for steel door forming can work properly and satisfy the requirement of mass production after debugging. The result shows that bending spring- back can be effectively avoided and the precoating layer can be unharmed in the process.
