With forming process analysis of magnet, a reasonable magnet riveting device was designed. With the introduction of its structure, working process and design attention, de- sign thought and working principle for main structural parts were explained. The magnet riveting device was stable and reliable in structure, low cost to make, easy to use and dura- ble. The riveted and pressed magnet was in good quality.
