二次侧抽机构在线圈骨架注塑模中的应用

摘要 通过对线圈骨架的工艺分析,介绍了一种较为独特的二次侧抽机构,研究了二次侧抽机构在模具中的应用过程,分析了二次侧抽的结构特点,提出了一种集分型、定位和脱模于一体的独特侧抽结构。结果表明,实现了线圈骨架的顺利成形,解决了金属嵌件安装、定位问题,模具结构设计合理,降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率。 With process analysis of the winding framework, a particular twice side core-pul- ling mechanism was introduced. Twice side core-pulling mechanism's application process in mould was studied and its structural feature was analyzed. A unique side core-pulling mecha- nism with parting, location and rejection was proposed. The result shows that the winding framework can be formed successfully and problems of metal insert installation and location were solved. The mould structure design is reasonable with less mould cost and higher production efficiency.
