摘要
本文报导斐索型自聚焦棒干涉仪测量微小振动的振幅范围从纳米量级扩展到微米量级的研究工作,介绍测量原理,并给出实验结果。
The expansion of measuring range from nanometer to micrometer order for testing small amplitude of vibration by using Fizeau gradient-index rod interfer- ometer is reported. The measurement principle is described and experimental results are given.
