中职护理专业学生心理健康教育问题及对策

Problems and Solutions on Mental Health Education of Students of Nursing Majors in Secondary Vocational Schools

心理健康教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。中等职业学校护理专业学生的心理健康状况令人担忧,甚至严重影响学生的学习质量和未来职业规划。其心理健康教育存在重形式轻落实,重矫正轻预防;忽视专业特点,缺少心理辅导;教育方式粗暴,科学方法欠缺等问题。解决的对策有领导重视,完善制度;转变教育观念,提高教师的心理健康教育意识;彰显职教特色,全程贯穿心理健康教育;以预防和发展为主,扎实举办各种心理健康教育;正视学生主体地位,实现心理教育与自我教育结合。

Mental healthy education is an essential part of quality-oriented education. Students of nursing major in secondary vocational schools face even more disturbance in this aspect, which seriously affect students＆#39; learning and career planning. The problems includes formalism in mental health education, paying insufficient attention to prevention and major features, lacking psychological counseling and research methods. In response to these problems the paper argues various solutions, which include increasing the mental health awareness of educators and school authorities , converting education concept and perfecting administrative systems, focusing on prevention and development, organizing more forms of education activities, putting the students as the center of education and combining mental health education and self-cultivation.
