研究生学生管理工作创新探究

高校学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要内容,是维护学校正常秩序、保学生健康成长的基础性工作。随着教育改革步伐的加快,传统教育管理模式很难适应新形势。新时期高校学生管理新方法,必须树立"以学生为本"的教育理念,加强情感教育,增强人文关怀,积极开展学生会活动,培养学生"自我教育"意识,此外还要培养一支过硬的学生辅导员队伍。

Managerial work for graduate students＆#39;affairs is an important component of higher education. This is the basic work for maintaining the normal order of the graduate school works, and guaranteeing the healthy growth of the students. With the accelerating pace of education reform, the traditional education management mode is difficult to adapt to the new situation. In the new period, the new approach of management graduate student must establish the “student oriented”concept of education;strengthen the affective education and humanistic care, organize student union to carry out activities and train students “self education” consciousness. Furthermore, we should strengthen the training of outstanding student counselors.
