摘要
本文介绍了JC-1型精密测角仪主体零件的设计思想,既考虑高的精度、良好的加工工艺性、零件刚性和稳定性,又注意了仪器的外形。介绍了当仪器作为分光仪使用时,采用“自寻最小偏向角法”的2:1传动机构的设计,估算了传动机构的同步误差,并给出了误差数据。
The design idea of the main part of JC-1 goniometer is presented. High accuracy, good processing technology,part stiffness and stability are considered, and the instrument shape is also stressed. When The goniometer is used as spectrometer, the design of 2:1 driving mechanism of self-hunting minimal angle of deviation method is applied. Synchronous error of the driving mechanism is estimated, and the error data are given.
