摘要
光学功率谱数字测量系统是一种光学——计算机混和处理系统.本文提出了该系统的总体设计方法。包括:按使用要求选取合适的探测器;与之相匹配的光学系统和电子电路系统。并提出了消除和校正各种测量误差的方法.文中给出了细胞分类的应用实例。
The digital measuring system for optical power spectrum is an optical-computer hybrid processing system.The paper puts forward a general design method including selecting appropriate detectors according to operating requirements, the corresponding optical system and electronic circuits. The methods of eliminating and correcting various measuring errors are proposed in the paper. The applying examples of cell classification are given in the paper.
