论西部大开发与资源主导型经济发展战略

A 'Discussion on Great Development of West China and Strategy of Resource－ Dominated Economic Development

自然资源的稀缺是一个世界性的问题，同时也是西部开发所面临的问题。本文认为，把资源作为主导型经济部门将不利于西部大开发，必须探索一条更加切实可行的途径。

Shortage of natural resources is a world－ wide issue as well as a problem encountered in the great development of west China. This paper holds that it is no good idea to treat natural resources as a leading economic sector in the development of west China. A more practical and feasible way is to be found.
