摘要
本文讨论了红外声光滤光器的设计方法,并着重讨论了压电换能器的设计,认为对于声光滤光器、换能器设计的关键是增透膜及1/ω_0C_0值的选取。为了提高换能器的电声转换效率,可以适当选取电极面积,使1/ω_0C_0>R_((?)0)。设计制作了波长2~5μm的红外声光滤光器,在现有条件下对其性能进行了估测。
The design principle and method of the IR acousto-optic tunable filter are discussed in the paper. It also especially discusses the design of the piezoeleetric trnasducer. One view is presented, the selection of the anti-reflecting film layers and the value of 1/ω。C。 is important to AOTF.To increase the electro-acoustic coverting efficiency, l/ω。C。>Rs should be necessary. Meanwhile, a large angular aperture AOTF using TeO_2 crystal is designed and developed for operating in IR region( 2~5 μm). with the present experimental condition, its characteristics are estimated using a visible light source.
