光盘光学头音圈机构及其磁路优化

摘要 本文介绍了光盘光学头音圈电机驱动机构的基本组成,以及其磁路和支承元件的型式和种类,推导了平行片簧的运动挠曲线方程和机构固有频率的计算公式,提出了在满足机构行程和加速度要求下,通过适当的材料选择和结构优化等途径,减轻整个机构重量的磁路优化设计方法。还分析了机构的位移特性,频率响应特性,给出了音圈机构传递特性的测试方法。 A driving mechanism of voice coil for optical head used in optical disk, its basic composition, types of its magnetic circuit and support are described. The bending equation for the support of parallel leaf springs and the formula of the natural frequency are derived. The optimization design method of magnetic circuit for lightening the weight of the whole mechanism is given through selecting the suitable materials and optimizing the structure, etc., while the requirements for the motion range and acceleration are met. Finally, the features of displacement and frequency response of the mechanism are analysed. The measuring method of frequency response for the mechanism of voice coil is given.
