摘要
目的对军事演习前后部队官兵血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)和胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)的水平进行检测,为军事应激所致的上消化道动力异常提供病理生理依据。方法采用酶联免疫法检测某部60名官兵军事演习前后血清MTL和CCK的水平。结果军事演习后官兵血清中MTL和CCK的含量均明显高于演习前(P<0.01)。结论 MTL和CCK在军事应激所致的上消化道动力异常的发生中发挥作用。监测血清MTL和CCK的水平有助于判断军事应激所致上消化道动力异常的严重程度及治疗效果。
Objective To examine the levels of motilin and cholecystokinin in serum in the troops before and after military maneuver and provide pathological and physiological basis for the abnormality of upper alimentary canal dynamics caused by military stress. Methods The levels of motilin and cholecystokinin in serum in 60 soldiers were studied by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Both of the levels of motilin and cholecystokinin in serum in the troops after military maneuver were significantly higher than those before military maneuver (P^0. 01). Conclusion Motilin and cholecystokinin play a role in the abnormality of upper alimentary canal dynamics caused by military stress. It's helpful to examine the levels of these two gastrointestinal hormones for evaluating the severity of the abnormality of Upper alimentary canal dynamics caused by military stress and its therapeutic efficacy.
