摘要肾小球滤过率（glomerularfiltrationrate，GFR）是评价肾脏功能最重要的指标之一。2006年，中华医学会肾脏病学分会推荐两个方程式计算GFR。其中，公式2（c—cGFR2）中引入了半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CystatinC，CysC）作为变量，公式1（c—cGFR1）以CysC作为单独变量。而且，已有学者的研究表明，
