摘要
该文结合实际应用，详细阐述了基于web的辅导员、班主任、任课教师信息沟通平台的设计流程、实现及相关安全措施。系统有效地提高了高校学生管理的工作效率，具有一定的先进性、实用性和推广价值。
Combined with practical application, web-based Information Communication system of students management is intro-duced in detail in this paper, including its design flowing, implementation and security related issues. The proposed system im-proves efficiency of the management of college final exam, with good practicality and advancement.
