流砂过滤器试验研究与结构优化

摘要 对自主研发的流砂过滤器运行参数进行了试验研究,并通过数值模拟对过滤器的结构提出了改进建议。试验结果表明:当空气压力为0.3MPa,流量为0.25~0.80m^3/h时,提砂管中可形成稳定的节涌床,能达到最好的提砂效果;所用滤料的最佳循环速度为7~9mm/min。模拟结果表明:布水器的设计宜采用支管上小孔均匀分布的形式,并可从增大过滤器入口管径、减少入口处弯管的使用、增大布水器支管上小孔孔径、优选滤料等方面对结构进行优化;过滤器对颗粒的过滤效率可达88.5%。 To get running parameters of continuous sand filter, experiments are carried out. The fil- ter is developed independently and some proposals are put forward by simulation to improve the structure of the filter. Through experiment researches, some conclusions are found. When the pressure of air is 0.3 MPa,air flow rate is between 0.25-0.80 m^33/h,sluggish flow is formed in sand extraction pipe,the performance of sand extraction system is best on this condition; the reasonable velocity of sand circulation in the filter is 7~9 mm/min. The simulation researches show that, proportional spacing is suitable to the distribution of the holes in the branch pipes of the dis- tributor, increasing the filter inlet diameter, reducing the use of elbows at the entrance, increasing the diameter of holes in the branch pipes, preferring filter media, can help to improve the efficiency of this filterl; the efficiency of this filter up to 88.5%.
