摘要
为给天然气水合物的勘探开发提供技术支持,必须掌握其稳定生成、分解和开采规律,因此,设计一套天然气水合物模拟试验装置。由相似理论和相似条件,得出有关天然气水合物模拟装置的一系列技术指标。依据此技术指标,设计了天气水合物一维物理模型。该装置引入了先进的工控机和模糊控制算法,模型内温度控制精准,参数测量准确。设有可视化窗口,在试验过程中能清晰地看到水合物的生成及分解过程。试验表明:该试验装置能较好地模拟天然气水合物的稳定生成和分解过程,为勘探开发提供宝贵的分析资料。
In order to exploration and development of gas hydrate to provide technical support,we must master the law of stable formation,decomposition and mining,therefore,we designed a sim-ulation test device of gas hydrate.According to the similarity theory and similar conditions,we get a series of gas hydrate simulation equipment technical specifications.Based on the technical indica-tors,we have designed a one-dimensional physical model of hydrate.The advanced industrial per-sonal computer and fuzzy control algorithm was drawn into the unit,and made the temperature control precise,parameter accurate.On the other hand,an observation of mouth was set in the face of the unit,so you can distinctly watch the course of geration and resolve about the natuarl gas hydrates.Experimental studies have shown that the experimental device capable of simulating gas hydrate stability generated and decomposition process,to provide valuable analytical information for the exploration and development of gas hydrate.
