摘要
分析了现有J型铺管船上管塔的角度调节器,存在调节精度不高、调节过程复杂、同步性差等问题。设计的新型角度调节器由电机、蜗杆减速器、齿轮齿条、箱体等组成。通过力学计算,并运用ABAQUS对主要结构进行有限元分析,新型角度调节器满足设计要求。与现有的角度调节器相比,新型角度调节器调节精度更高,能够实现角度的连续调节,调节过程简单可行、安全性高。
Considering of the low precision,complex adjustment process and poor synchronization problem of the existing J-lay tower angle adjuster,a new one has been designed.The new designed adjuster consists of motor,worm gear reducer,rack and pinion,box,etc.By mechanical analysis and ABAQUS software,the new adjuster has been proved to be reliable.Comparing to the exist-ing regulator,the new angle adjuster can be achieved continuous angle adjustment,thus it is of higher regulation accuracy.The adjustment is simpler,feasible,and safer.
