摘要 介绍了江汉油田盐化工总厂氯碱厂常极距电解槽改膜极距的过程及实施效果,针对存在的大负压差增多、槽电压升高、阴极网面有沉积物等问题,提出相应的解决措施。 The process that Chlor - Alkali Plant of Jianghan Salt and Chemical Complex transformed ion-membrane electrolyzers with conventional electrode-distance to ones with membrane electrode-distance is introduced as well as the implementation effects. Measures are proposed to solve the problems such as the increase in the number of big negative pressure difference, the rise in cell voltage, and the contamination on the cathode net surface.
