摘要
萤石掺杂Eu在还原气氛下灼烧可制备出发蓝色荧光的萤石 :Eu2 +晶体 ,该体系的发光为5d→ 4f跃迁发射。在萤石 :Eu2 +体系中对称程度较高的 [0 11]方向发现Eu或F点缺陷 ,但其对发光体整体发光影响不大 ;对发光有重要作用的是对称性较低的 [ l12 ]、[0 13]方向的Eu2 +及F晶簇。Eu2
The crystals of fluorite:Eu 2+ that can emit blue fluorescence can be made by sintering with fluorite doped Eu in reducing atmosphere.Eu and F i point-defects can be found in [011]direction of high symmetry in fluorite:Eu 2+ crystals. In general they have little affect on luminescent object . Partially gathering crystal-cluster of Eu and F i in [1-12][013]direction of low symmetry have important affect on luminescence.Boundary between crystal-cluster of Eu 2+ and matrix can produce energy level of localized region.
