摘要
本文对农用土地定级方法进行了分层次系统论述,从农用土地定级因素、因子体系的构成及特征入手,对确定定级单元的三种方法进行了较全面的透视;依据农用土地定级因素、因子的内在属性,将其分为四种类型,并分别以不同模式进行赋值,从而提高了定级的科学性;建立了更能体现定级因素、因子总体特征的总分值动态计算模型,使定级结果更加符合农用土地的实际情况。
Based on the formation and character of farmland grading factors, this paper describes methods for farmland grading and analyzes three ways of determining grading units. The factors are classified in the paper into four types according to their internal properties and given point values in different patterns, making the grading more scientific. A dynamic calculation model that can reflect the aggregate character of farmland grading is also set up in the paper.
