摘要
文章回顾我国城市生活垃圾（ MSW）利用的现状。从物质流循环角度，探讨不同地域、不同时期处理处置 MSW的管理模式，提出 MSW综合管理的时段性、地域性， MSW处理处置工艺的渐进性、超前性，适合国情的管理措施，以期提高垃圾资源化管理水平。
This paper reviews the current situation of utilization of municipal solid waste (MSW) in China and discusses, in terms of circulation flow of substances, varied modes of MSW management in different regions and periods, stressing concepts of time and regions in comprehensive waste management, gradual and ultra－ rapid development of waste disposal technology, management measures applicable in China, with an expectation of improving management level of waste recycling.
