摘要
以柱层层析硅胶为原料,添加粘合剂制备了大孔SiO2载体,用等体积浸渍法制备了CoMo-GA/SiO2催化剂(CoO,MoO3质量分数分别为3%,12%,n(CA):n(MoO3) =1:1).利用BET和XRD技术进行物化性能表征,以噻吩硫脱除率考察了柠檬酸(CA)对催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响.结果表明:制备的大孔SiO2载体比表面积380m2/g,孔容0.39cm3/g,中孔(2~50nm)占据90.2%;添加CA后,活性组分均匀分散在载体表面,XRD谱无CoO和MoO3特征峰;在T为300℃、P为3.0MPa、LHSV为2h-1及氢油体积比为600时对噻吩硫脱除率达到96%以上.
Using column- layer chromatographic silica gel as raw material, adding binder to make SiO2 carrier, CoMo - CA/SiO2 catalyst (the mass fraction of CoO is 3% and MoO3 is 12%, n(CA) :n( MoO3 ) = 1:1 ) is prepared with the method of equal volume impregnation. The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst is characterized by BET and XRD technology. The effect of eomplexing agent citric acid (CA) on the catalyst activity of hydrodesulfufization is investigated. The results suggest that: the prepared cylindrical SiO2 surface area, pore volume and the percentage of mesopore (2 - 50nm) are 380m2/g, 0.39cm3/g and 90.2%. The XRD phase analysis indicated that the addition of CA resulted in a high dispersion of Co - Mo species on SiO2. In HDS reaction of the real - feedstock using a down - flow tubular reactor with LHSV of 2 h-1 under H2 pressure of 3MPa in volumetric H2/oil ratio of 600, 96% hydrogenation was achieved at 300℃ for the CA- promoted catalyst.
