摘要
本文采用生石灰药剂处理含脂马尾松木材,通过生石灰溶于水的液相体系中的氢氧化钙与松香树脂酸发生化学反应,使松香改性,形成的树脂酸钙沉淀,一部分沉淀在处理液中,另一部分则滞留在树脂道里。同化学药剂A相类似地有效防止松材溢脂现象,提高松材的利用价值。光学显微镜和扫描电镜表明:处理前后试样的树脂道微观结构图象差别明显,生石灰防止松材溢脂效果良好。
The methods of continue to use preceding part of the" Study on the technique to avoid the overflows of resin in pine wood". The quick lime of common chemical was chosen, the quick lime dissolves in water to form calcium hydroxide to react with resin in the pine to form a more stable resinoie acts solid transformed rosin. Most part of the transformed rosin was precipitated in the liquid, while the other remained in the resin canals to prevent the overflow of the resin and to improve the utilitation value of the pine wood. Use the same method in additation,the mierostratural images observed with an optical microscope and an electrom microscope showed obvious difference between treated and untreated wood samples of the resin canals, once more which gave direct proof of this new method.
