How to create a simple, scientific risk assessment methodology and development of preventive measures of risk management has become an urgent problem in laboratory. In this paper, the laboratory method for measuring consumption of crude oil in the experimental process and test results using the salt content of the working conditions LEC method for risk assessment and to develop preventive measures.
