摘要 由于浙江省实行新课程,高考进行了改革,使高职新生的化学基础差异很大,高职化学与中学化学内容脱节。因此,我院高职食品专业的基础化学通过《有机化学》和《生物化学》的有机整合,既减少了学时,又注意了与高中化学课程内容的衔接、并从思想上和教学方法上进行衔接,促使学生对知识的理解和融会贯通,增强了对新知识的学习兴趣,为后继专业课的学习打好基础。 Because Zhejiang province implements the new curriculum, the college entrance examination undertook reform, make Higher Vocational Freshmen ehemieal foundation difference are very big, higher vocational chemistry and chemical content of disconnection. Therefore, our vocational college professional food chemistry is the organic integration of "organic chemistry" and" biochemistry". Both reduced the chemical courses total hours, and attention with the high school chemistry curriculum content join. And go up from the thought and teaching method of convergence. Promote students" understanding and mastery of new knowledge, enhance the learning interest, for subsequent courses of study to lay a good foundation.
