高职食品专业基础化学与高中化学课程衔接的探索

由于浙江省实行新课程,高考进行了改革,使高职新生的化学基础差异很大,高职化学与中学化学内容脱节。因此,我院高职食品专业的基础化学通过《有机化学》和《生物化学》的有机整合,既减少了学时,又注意了与高中化学课程内容的衔接、并从思想上和教学方法上进行衔接,促使学生对知识的理解和融会贯通,增强了对新知识的学习兴趣,为后继专业课的学习打好基础。

Promote students＂ understanding and mastery of new knowledge, enhance the learning interest, for subsequent courses of study to lay a good foundation.
