摘要
针对传统单组份聚氨酯密封胶预聚物生产线合成高质量预聚物存在的问题,采用计算机控制系统实现预聚物合成的过程控制;根据预聚物聚合反应的特点,对影响预聚物质量的关键阶段应用改进的模糊控制算法实现精确控温,满足了高质量预聚物合成的工艺要求,提高了预聚物质量,解决了单组份聚氨酯密封胶制造技术中关键的预聚物合成质量难题。
Aiming to the problems of manufacturing high - quality pre - polymer in traditional one - component polyurethane sealant pre - polymer synthesis production line, realized process control of pre - polymer synthesis by using the computer control system. Aeeording to the characteristics of the polymerization reaction, applied the improved fuzzy eontrol algorithm to implement accurate temperature control in the key stage of affecting the pre - polymer synthesis quality. Thus it met the technological requirements of high - quality pre - polymer synthesis, improved the pre - polymer quality and solved the key problems.
